How do I change my credit card?

Login. Click the My Account tab at top. Click the My Payment Details link at left. At the bottom of the page is a form to update your credit card details.

Why can't I login?

Make sure you entering the correct username and password. Passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure CAPS LOCK is not on. Refer to the email you received when you joined for confirmation of this information.

How do I cancel my membership?

Login. Click the My Account tab at top. Click the My Membership link at left. At the bottom of the page is a button to cancel your membership.

How much does it cost?

This site is a plan-based pay-per-minute site. You choose a plan that offers different amounts of minutes per month for a monthly fee. Ie. $9.95 per month for 100 minutes. An a la carte plan is available with no monthly commitment, but the per-minute rate is higher. Similarly, larger plans offer more minutes at a lower per-minute rate. If you run out of minutes you can either upgrade to a larger plan, or, buy additional minutes at your plan rate.

This site also offers Download-to-Own. Downloaded titles are yours to keep forever and use on any of your devices. Titles available for download will offer that option. Prices vary depending on site promotions, age of title, producer, anywhere from $9.95 for scenes up to $39.95 for new premium HD releases.

Does the site rebill?

This site offers both plans that rebill (also known as recurring) and plans that do not, depending on what you want.

What appears on my credit card?

PPVBILL is the billing processor that will appear. PPVNetworks operates its own processing, so, contact us directly with any billing inquiries.

What are the system requirements?

Almost any modern computer can enjoy all features of the site. The following are all good: Windows, Mac OSX, Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox, Safari, Chrome. Flash (version 10.1 or greater) is required on Windows, Linux and OSX. The site also works on iPads and most Android tablets. Cookies and javascript must be enabled.

Also, a fast internet connection such as DSL or cablemodem, is required. For iPads and Androids, connect to your high speed network via WiFi.

The video appears to skip frames and play sluggish sometimes. What causes this?

High quality video, especially Flash, is extremely extremely taxing on your computer's resources. Closing browser windows and other applications should solve the problem. If that doesn't work, try rebooting to clear your computer's memory and/or any hung processes. If you have an older computer and a large screen, you may also want to try lowering the display resolution when watching full-screen movies.

Also, when you login and play movies there is a bandwidth selector under the video. The default is "Automatic". However, choosing a specific lower bitrate will use less resources and may play much smoother. For previews, you can press pause and allow the video to buffer into memory.
